PBW were recommended to me by a friend - they are quick with communicating, polite, friendly. Owen came over within a couple of days after my enquiry, he was transparent, thorough and really professional. Paul arrived to test my electrics - again, thorough and professional and explained the process in depth and promptly e-mailed me the results for this. Any time I had a query, it was no issue that I'd message. I had some work done (up to date fuse box, armoured casing, amongst other things!) and they came at an appropriate time, done the jobs to an excellent standard and cleaned up after themselves. They also went through everything with me to ensure I was happy. Reasonably priced too. I cannot fault them at all; what a team they are!! I'll be using them for future jobs needed! We recently had our house fully rewired and couldn't be happier with the service. Owen and Paul were excellent - friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They kept everything very neat and tidy throughout the job and even made the effort to clean up at the end of each day, which made a big difference to living in the house during the works.

The quality of the work is excellent and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
